As a senior account manager, you will be responsible for managing a roster of Attractions, Tourism and the Arts clients. We are seeking an organized, self-sufficient, independent, proactive senior account manager with agency experience. Strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently are essential. Specific experience in conversion-focused accounts is required. The Vision In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage a variety of brands all within the greater entertainment space. The ideal person is one who can diplomatically and effectively influence people and loves to keep pace in a fast-moving environment, managing 6-7 unique clients at one time. Requirements • 3–5 years of experience in a full-service marketing or advertising agency environment., • Demonstrated experience in — and passion for — conversion-focused campaigns across digital and traditional channels., • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, from strategic development through flawless execution., • Proven success in building and maintaining strong client relationships through proactive communication and trust., • A creative, strategic thinker who brings curiosity and initiative to every client challenge., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, persuasive presence., • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and flexible approach., • Adaptable and resilient in the face of change or shifting priorities., • Motivated to grow professionally and advance within a high-performing team., • Working knowledge of digital media and paid campaign fundamentals, with the ability to communicate effectively between internal teams and clients (you will not directly manage media but must possess digital fluency). You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients in the attractions sector across all types of projects from print production, branding, strategic planning to digital media - we do it all. This requires adaptability, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a variety of project types. Key Responsibilities The senior account manager is expected to work seamlessly with agency teams to bring client initiatives to completion. The senior account manager also has fiscal accountability at the account level - including management of project and client budgets and account profitability and growth. Strategic Planning • Ability to identify and constructively think about strategic client opportunities and marketing initiatives under the leadership of agency management, • Keen interest in client business and a self-initiator to grow your own knowledge base, • Contribute to strategic business plans and/or projects such as brand positioning, • Above all, execute marketing programs that yield the desired business results for our clients., • Successfully manage, maintain and build client relationships to support agency growth., • Maintain proactive communications with both client and management team on account and project status., • Own project management for all account initiatives to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and meet or exceed client expectations, • Articulate, and adhere to, agreed-upon project directives and production guidelines., • Collaborate effectively with digital, creative, production and other teams to facilitate and complete client initiatives., • Craft and present creative/media briefs, presentation decks to clients and present to creative upon client approval., • Initiate and sell in appropriate recommendations to support client objectives and grow account profitability., • Work in conjunction with the specialty teams, production manager and external resources to develop estimates and get them approved by our clients., • Work with production manager and accounting rep on monthly billing for assigned clients., • Is a proven independent leader who can confidently guide a team of agency specialists to deliver a variety of digital and traditional marketing projects with excellence., • Has demonstrated success managing multiple clients and initiatives from strategic development through execution, especially within conversion-focused media campaigns., • Has built trusted agency and client relationships and has a strong track record of organic growth driven by exceptional work and partnership., • Is endlessly curious—about clients’ businesses, the advertising landscape, and new ways to drive results—while bringing proven experience in conversion-oriented campaigns., • Sets a positive, motivational tone that inspires both internal teams and clients., • Is outgoing, persuasive, and comfortable building new relationships; upbeat and flexible in communication with a naturally persuasive style., • Is an active listener who identifies key insights from team and client conversations and can clearly articulate them into actionable direction., • Brings contagious energy to every interaction, both in professional and social settings., • Thrives under pressure and remains adaptable in shifting circumstances and priorities., • Reacts quickly, juggles multiple tasks with focus, and drives themselves and others to perform at their best., • Possesses high emotional intelligence—attuned to people’s needs while keeping sight of strategic objectives., • Applies practical common sense to develop smart, creative, and actionable solutions., • 401k with 3% Employer Contribution, • Health, Dental, and Life Insurance, • Voluntary Spouse and Dependent Life, • Pet Insurance, • Paid Vacation, • Personal Days, Generous Holiday Schedule, • Dog Friendly Performance: Every job in the world comes with a certain set of expectations.
