What You'll Do You thrive on cultivating meaningful relationships and delivering results that make clients say “wow.” Your day-to-day work will include: • Working closely with other Geear team members to develop, execute, and analyze clients’ SEO, content, and HubSpot marketing campaigns., • Building and maintaining landing pages., • Creating and sending email marketing content)., • Conducting HubSpot property and contact audits, including deduplication and non-marketing contact management., • Performing HubSpot list and segment audits, workflow performance audits, and lead scoring audits., • Writing and optimizing copy for chatbots, forms, emails, and landing pages., • Building and maintaining HubSpot forms and managing integrations., • Conducting comprehensive HubSpot audits, including:, • Supporting content strategy and SEO initiatives, including:, • List/segment audits, • Automation and workflow audits, • Lead scoring audits, • Campaign asset audits, • SEO and content audits, • Tracking and attribution audits, • Keyword, topic, and competitor research, • Onsite SEO implementation and internal link audits, • Local SEO strategy and execution, • Technical site auditing and schema implementation, • Conversion rate optimization (CRO) setup, analysis, and testing, • Writing or collaborating on blog posts, website copy, and emails that drive results, • Partner with the internal Inbound Team through async communication, team meetings, and shared projects., • Bring new, innovative ideas to our team and clients., • Contribute to making our 4-Day Workweek sustainable and successful for everyone.Who You Are, • Someone who works well independently but thrives in a collaborative, remote team environment, • Someone who has hands-on experience with SEO, GEO, content, and email marketing — and enjoys staying current with trends and tools, • Someone who has strong HubSpot experience — including automation, workflows, CRM segmentation, and property management, • Someone who understands how to use data to uncover insights and shape strategy, • Someone who has high empathy and can deeply understand customer needs and experiences, • Someone who gets excited watching their efforts translate into traffic, leads, and happy clients, • Someone who is curious about AI and the future of SEO, content, and marketing automation, • A digitally obsessed, purpose-driven team where you’ll learn from experienced professionals across SEO, advertising, content, and HubSpot disciplines, • A positive, healthy company culture steeped in our core values of Growth, Empathy, Essentialism, Accountability, and Right — we call it GEEAR, • A growing agency recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Virginia for five consecutive years, • 4-Day Workweek. If you prefer an occasional change of scenery outside the office, we will cover some or all of the cost of a coworking membership., • Group health, dental, vision, and life insurance plans at a very low cost., • 401k savings plan with employer match helps you save some for later., • Student loan assistance plan that makes monthly contributions directly to your student loan principal (at no cost to you)., • $2000 home office and computer allowance to equip you with the resources you need to perform your best (and be comfortable while doing it!)., • $500 annual education stipend., • Unlimited paid time off., • A clear track for career growth, increased responsibilities, and increased compensation.Qualifications, • 3–5 years of hands-on experience creating and implementing SEO, content, and email marketing strategies, • Strong, practical HubSpot experience, including:, • Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics platforms, • Familiarity with SEO tools like Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs, SpyFu, Moz, or Searchmetrics, • Strong writing and editing skills for all stages of the buyer’s journey, • Ability to analyze data to inform recommendations and decisions, • Detail-oriented, proactive, and creative self-starter, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and collaborative energy, • Experience with email marketing, HubSpot, and content performance analysis strongly preferred, • Building and optimizing landing pages and forms, • Managing email marketing campaigns and contact lists, • Schema implementation experience, • HTML, CSS, or JavaScript fluency, • Experience with review acquisition or link-building campaigns, • Familiarity with Local SEO and Google Business Profiles, • Experience with B2B, financial services, or industrial clients Candidates must be based in the United States. Compensation • Base salary: $69,000 - $73,000/yr, • Additional company bonus opportunities: $5,690 - $9,380/yr., • Total earning potential: $74,690-$82,380/yr. A little more about us...
