We’re looking for a dynamic and resourceful Recruiter to help us scale with excellence during a season of rapid growth. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best talent to join our magical mission from luxury sales consultants and photographers to customer service specialists (experience concierge) and beyond. What You’ll Do • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage recruiting for multiple departments, from job posting to offer acceptance., • Source Exceptional Talent: Use creative sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, and referrals).
