Key Responsibilities • Assist with the execution of major brand events, including coordination of materials, venue setup, photographer liaison, and delivery of post-event assets., • Support brand marketing initiatives by exploring and developing event opportunities in collaboration with stylists, Broadway, Hollywood, and other cultural resources., • Source, evaluate, and conduct initial outreach to vendors based on departmental needs., • Support the influencer marketing team with talent outreach and the social media team with KOC (Key Opinion Consumer) engagement and management., • Provide general assistance with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications • Experience in event planning, event execution, influencer relations, or vendor management preferred., • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail., • Positive, reliable, and adaptable work attitude, with strong learning ability., • Stable work commitment and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously., • Must hold valid local work authorization/visa. Job Description Hospitality Service Associate - The Rink at Rockefeller Center 2025-26 Season (October - Early Spring) Overview The Rink at Rockefeller Center is seeking warm, outgoing, and team-oriented individuals to join our seasonal team as Hospitality Service Associates. As one of the most famous skating rinks in the world, The Rink welcomes visitors from across the globe, and our associates are the face of this iconic experience. Hospitality Service Associates play a critical role in creating unforgettable moments for our guests. This includes providing a warm welcome, anticipating guest needs, and delivering exceptional service throughout every interaction. Team members help create memorable guest experiences by showing attention to detail, clear communication, and a positive, solutions-focused attitude. In this role, you'll rotate through a variety of guest-facing positions, such as cashier, skate host, photographer, ticket scanning, access control, skate rental, locker room monitoring, guest flow management, and answering questions about The Rink and Rockefeller Center. This is a seasonal position with both part-time (minimum 3 days per week) and full-time opportunities available. Employees must be available to work at least one weekend day each week as well as most major holidays, as these days are the rink's busiest times. Schedules may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. A winter jacket is provided as part of the daily uniform, as shifts often require working outdoors in cold weather.
