Job DescriptionJob SummaryThis role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing masonry projects from preconstruction through completion. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in masonry construction, proven project leadership, and the ability to manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client expectations while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.Key Responsibilities • Lead masonry projects from planning through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget requirements are met, • Prepare accurate project budgets using historical cost data and current market conditions, • Conduct regular site visits to active and upcoming projects to confirm proper field execution and maintain full project visibility, • Maintain working knowledge of local material pricing, labor rates, and equipment costs, • Monitor and manage all labor resources, including internal crews and subcontractors, • Track progress and verify completed work to ensure timely delivery of required project milestones and documentation, • Develop and mentor team members to support professional growth and operational excellence, • Serve as the primary on-site representative, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and project requirements, • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the lifecycle of each projectQualifications, • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred; MBA is a plus, • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience with a strong estimating background, including 2+ years as an Assistant Estimator, • Experience with a commercial masonry subcontractor or general contractor preferred, • Background in marketing, sales, or client relationship development is a plus, • Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while meeting or exceeding goals with minimal supervision, • Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to professional excellence, • Ability to work from the office and/or job sites as required, • Successful completion of a criminal background check, • Willingness to sign a Confidentiality, Non-Disclosure, and Non-Solicitation Agreement (not a non-compete)Benefits & Perks, • Generous paid time off and paid holidays to support a healthy work-life balance, • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), • Flexible work schedule, • Competitive compensation package, • Comprehensive health insurance with a Healthcare Reimbursement Account (HRA) to help offset deductibles, • Dental and vision coverage, • 401(k) plan with a generous company match, • Company-paid life, AD&D, and long-term disability insurance, • Benefits eligibility beginning the first of the month following hire, • Casual dress code, • Company-provided merchandise, • Employee referral program, • Participation in company-sponsored charitable initiatives and community events, • Company-hosted social events and team outingsTraining & Growth, • Opportunity to grow with a well-established and expanding company operating in multiple markets, • Ongoing training, professional development, and networking opportunities
