Here’s what they say makes us stand out: About the Position Goodwin Living is seeking a highly organized, relationship-driven, and strategic Senior Sales Associate to support the continued success of Goodwin House Seminary Road (GHSR), our newest Life Plan Community currently in its pre-opening and lease-up phase. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, the Senior Sales Associate plays a critical role in retaining and advancing reservists from commitment through move-in. This position is intentionally designed to on reservist engagement, pipeline advancement, move-in readiness, and cross-departmental coordination. The Senior Sales Associate serves as a key partner to the Sales Counselors—acting as a strategic backup for appointments and tours, while also owning several essential processes that ensure a seamless, well-paced, and highly personalized move-in experience for future residents. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment, values precision and follow-through, and excels at building trust with prospects as they make one of life’s most important decisions. Key Responsibilities Reservist Retention & Engagement • Curate and manage “The Reserved” engagement and retention program, ensuring consistent, high-touch communication with reservists, • Develop and distribute a quarterly “The Reserved” newsletter, in collaboration with Sales and Marketing, • Serve as a primary point of contact for reservists as they move closer to occupancy, ensuring clarity, confidence, and continuity, • Support Sales Counselors with initial tours, follow-up tours, and reservation appointments as needed, • Serve as a knowledgeable backup to Sales Counselors for appointments, ensuring continuity of service, • Assist with lead generation, follow-up, and pipeline advancement, particularly for reservists approaching key milestones, • Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records for leads, reservists, and future residents, • Facilitate financial and health reviews for reservists in coordination with internal partners, • Conduct personalization appointments, guiding reservists through selections and documenting outcomes, • Play a lead role in developing and managing the move-in schedule, balancing operational readiness with resident experience, • Coordinate approvals, documentation, and internal handoffs required for successful move-ins, • Assist with managing phone inquiries with professionalism and warmth, ensuring an exceptional first impression, • Oversee brochure fulfillment, mailings, and inquiry tracking, • Generate reports and insights to support sales pacing, reservist readiness, and leadership decision-making, • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Life Enrichment to ensure alignment, • Support data analysis related to leads, reservists, and conversion trends, • Assist with proofing and implementation of marketing campaigns as needed, • Ensure brand consistency across reservist communications and materials, • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, • Prior experience in senior living sales, real estate, hospitality, or a customer-centric sales environment strongly preferred, • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple pipelines, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously, • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel required; CRM experience required (training provided as needed), • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, • Strong relationship-building abilities with a calm, confident, and empathetic presence, • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven, • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate needs and plan ahead, • Comfortable managing sensitive financial and health-related information with discretion, • Adaptable and solutions-oriented in a dynamic, pre-opening environment, • Advanced computer proficiency, including CRM systems and reporting tools, • Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as business needs require A sampling of our many benefits!
