Position Overview: The IT Support Specialist will work on-site from our West Palm Beach office and they’ll be the go-to person for keeping our systems running smoothly and ensuring our team and clients have what they need to do their work. They’ll handle everything from day-to-day support requests to onboarding new users and clients, managing our productivity suite environments, and keeping our office technology organized and well-maintained. Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): • Handle admin tasks across internal and third-party systems such as password resets, user provisioning, and permission management, • Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including orientation and access setup, • Support client onboarding and offboarding processes, • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and connectivity issues (WiFi, login problems, peripherals, etc.), • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests, • Escalate complex issues when needed and follow through to resolution, • Help manage and configure our Microsoft environment including Intune, Teams, Outlook, and related tools, • Support device management and security policies through Intune, • Assist with ongoing Microsoft 365 administration and improvements, • Organize and maintain our server closet, • Track and manage inventory of tech equipment in the office Qualifications (including, but not limited to): • 5+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role, • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Teams, Outlook, Intune), • Familiarity with user and permission management across various systems, • Comfortable troubleshooting common hardware and connectivity issues, • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, • Experience with physical access management (badges, NFC cards, etc.), • Experience with device management and endpoint security (Intune, MDM), • Familiarity with onboarding/offboarding workflows and documentation, • Experience managing IT inventory and equipment tracking, • Experience with multi-accounting e-commerce software (anti-detect browsers), • Experience migrating across productivity suites (Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 or vice versa) OPTIVATIONS offers a full range of benefits, including: • Annual performance bonus (discretionary, paid based on personal and firm performance), • 401(k) program with company match up to 4% of compensation, • Health, life, disability, vision, and dental insurance coverage, • Seven paid holidays annually, • Unlimited paid time off as defined in the company’s “Responsible Adult Policy” (subject to certain notice requirements and guidelines), • Flexible remote-work and work-from-home policies for eligible positions
