Resolve production and quality issues using root cause analysis (RCA), 8D problem-solving, and corrective action plans. Develop and implement balanced manufacturing practices, including energy-efficient processes, waste reduction, and circular material flows. Collaborate with environmental groups to guarantee consistency with sustainability objectives and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ESG metrics). Develop and optimize packaging solutions for components to ensure protection, efficient handling, and compliance with ISTA 3E and logistics and environmental standards. Implement recyclable and reusable packaging solutions to promote sustainability and lower costs. Collaborate with suppliers and logistics teams to guarantee packaging aligns with ergonomic, safety, and transportation standards. What We're Looking For: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent background in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering. Minimum 5+ years of industrial engineering experience in an automotive, heavy machinery, industrial electronics manufacturing & assembly environment. Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in at least one full product launch and/or one full lean implementation program. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree or comparable background in industrial engineering, combined with over 3 years of proven experience.
