Role Overview The Senior Quality Engineer Analyst will lead manufacturing and supplier quality efforts, driving root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and compliance. This hands-on, strategic role strengthens quality systems, supports cross-functional teams, and helps ensure consistent, high-performance products. Core Responsibilities • Own and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO, AS, and IATF standards, • Lead internal, customer, and supplier audits and ensure timely closure of findings, • Drive advanced root cause analysis, CAPA processes, and FMEA to achieve measurable results, • Lead supplier quality improvement programs, incoming inspections, and long-term corrective actions, • Oversee AS9102 First Article Inspections, PPAPs, and customer-specific quality deliverables, • Develop and present dashboards, KPIs, and risk assessments to executive leadership and customers, • Direct Lean and Six Sigma projects targeting yield improvements, cost-of-quality reduction, and defect prevention, • Mentor and train cross-functional teams to embed a culture of quality and continuous improvement, • Partner with engineering and operations to align quality with new product introduction (NPI), DFM/DFT, and lifecycle requirements, • Bachelors degree in Engineering or related technical field; advanced degree preferred, • 7 to 10 years of progressive quality engineering experience in manufacturing or industrial components, • Strong foundation in inspection and compliance: GD&T, tolerances, QA/QC inspections, and quality reporting, • Proven track record of leading defect reduction initiatives and supplier quality programs with measurable ROI, • Advanced knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, and IATF 16949 standards and compliance frameworks, • Proficiency in Six Sigma, Lean, SPC, PPAP, and advanced quality tools; Six Sigma Black Belt or ASQ CQE/CQA strongly preferred, • Experience leading supplier development and managing global sourcing quality, • Proficiency in statistical software such as Minitab, JMP, or equivalent, • Demonstrated ability to present to senior leadership and customers on quality performance, • Career stability and long-term commitment to organizational impact, • Direct experience in aerospace, defense, semiconductor, or automotive Tier 1/Tier 2 supply chains, • Leadership in new product introduction (NPI) with design-for-manufacturability/testing integration, • History of delivering double-digit reductions in defects and measurable improvements in supplier performance, • Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives, • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance options, • Company-paid life, AD&D, and long-term disability insurance, • 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions, • Paid time off and company holidays starting upon hire, • Employee Assistance Program (EAP), • Cell phone allowance or company-provided phone, • Career growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding company
