Job DescriptionCatalog Specialist - Temp to Hire Location: King of Prussia, PA Pay Range: $25-$29/hr Industry: Manufacturing (Preferred) Schedule: Monday-Friday, onsite or hybrid depending on client need Overview A growing manufacturing organization in the Wayne, PA area is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Catalog Specialist to manage product data, maintain accurate catalog information, and support order-related workflows. This Temp-to-Hire role is ideal for someone who excels at accuracy, cross-functional coordination, and working with product-based data in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Maintain and update product catalog information including part numbers, descriptions, pricing, and specifications., • Review and process product-related updates tied to customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness., • Resolve catalog discrepancies such as incorrect product codes, missing data, pricing inconsistencies, or SKU mismatches (mirroring common order-processing issue-resolution patterns)., • Work closely with inventory, supply chain, and production teams to ensure catalog data aligns with available stock and production updates., • Run reports to identify catalog items requiring review, cleanup, or correction., • Communicate catalog updates to internal teams as needed, ensuring all stakeholders have the most accurate product information., • Assist with data integrity initiatives, product launches, and catalog-related continuous improvement efforts., • Support documentation and record-keeping to maintain audit-ready catalogs and product libraries.Preferred Manufacturing-Related Activities, • Experience managing or updating catalogs, SKU lists, BOMs, or materials-based product data (aligned with product/parts handling found in manufacturing order workflows)., • Familiarity with part-numbering systems, product structures, or technical specifications., • Comfort working in a product-driven, production-linked environment.Qualifications, • 1-3 years of experience in catalog management, product data administration, order processing, or related operations roles., • Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred., • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (v-lookups, filtering, pivot tables)., • Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, etc.) is a plus., • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills., • High attention to detail and comfort managing large volumes of data., • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Compensation & Employment Details, • $25-$29/hr, based on experience., • Temp-to-Hire with strong potential for long-term growth., • Full-time hours with potential schedule flexibility depending on client operations.
