What You’ll Do… • Lead, train, and mentor warehouse team members to meet productivity, safety, and quality standards., • Maintain consistent material flow to production while ensuring accurate scanning and inventory control., • Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory functions on the shift., • Conduct onboarding, training, and evaluations for permanent and temporary employees., • Ensure full compliance with forklift processes, PPE requirements, and company safety policies., • Maintain and audit training records in the company’s Learning Management System (WorkForge)., • Investigate and document safety incidents in collaboration with the Safety Department., • Partner with HR and staffing agencies to ensure proper shift coverage and performance feedback., • Support a culture of continuous improvement by coaching and empowering your team.What You Bring…, • 4+ years of warehousing experience; frozen food or manufacturing preferred., • 1+ year of supervisory experience., • Powered Industrial Truck certification (required)., • Strong knowledge of warehouse systems; Oracle Fusion and WMS experience preferred., • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite., • Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus., • ???? 20 Free Pizzas Per Month!, • ???? Job Description Job Summary The 2nd Shift Shipping & Receiving Clerk will support the daily operations of our warehouse and shipping/receiving dock. A hands on role, you will be responsible for incoming materials, outgoing finished goods, and keep warehouse safe, organized, and compliant with food safety standards. Duties • Receive and inspect incoming goods, trailers, and documentation., • Store and organize raw materials and supplies according to food safety standards., • Load, ship, and verify all outgoing finished goods orders., • Set up FedEx, UPS, and customer shipments., • Maintain FIFO rotation on all finished goods., • Verify identification of all individuals entering the shipping/receiving dock., • Complete and maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory paperwork., • Assist with month-end inventory counts and regular cycle counts., • Alert supervisors to unsafe conditions or food safety issues., • Support other warehouse duties as assigned.
