LAS NECESIDADES Las principales tareas son las siguientes: - Recibir y acompañar a los clientes durante su visita - Presentación del establecimiento y de la carta - Conocimiento y dominio de toda la carta - Toma de pedidos y servicio - Aconsejar a los clientes sobre su elección - Anunciar o transmitir los pedidos - Servir en la mesa de acuerdo con las normas del restaurante - Adaptar el servicio a las limitaciones simultáneas del comedor y del bar - Limpiar y ordenar las mesas - Preparar las facturas - Realización y control de las operaciones de cobro - Relación con los clientes - Escuchar a los clientes y responder a sus preguntas y comentarios (positivos o negativos). - Presentar la cuenta a petición del cliente - Restablecer las distintas zonas del bar a su estado original y finalizar el servicio - Preparación y limpieza de los locales y equipos - Comprobar vajilla y cubertería - Montar las consolas de servicio - Implicarse en la apertura del establecimiento para mejorar el rendimiento del bar Concedemos gran importancia a la profesionalidad y minuciosidad de los miembros de nuestro equipo.
