Under the guidance of the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all conferences and events hosted at SLS Barcelona. Busco chef para preparar tuppers veganos cada lunes en un proyecto piloto que podría derivar en startup. En el equipo somos dos chefs y dos ayudantes. Cada lunes preparamos 4 recetas distintas, 12 tuppers de cada receta. Es decir 48 tuppers en total. Cada chef prepara 2 recetas en dos turnos distintos. Hay un turno de mañana, y un turno de tarde que se solapa media hora: - Turno de mañana: Lunes de 9.30 AM a 1.30 PM (4 horas). - Turno de tarde: Lunes de 1.00 PM a 5.00 PM (4 horas). Por lo general los chefs irán rotando de turno cada semana. Por lo que hay que tener disponibilidad para poder hacer ambos turnos. UBICACIÓN - A 1 minuto de Plaza Catalunya (Barcelona). REMUNERACIÓN - 50€ por 4 horas (12,5 €/hora). Mensualmente son entre 200€ - 250€ (algunos meses tienen 5 lunes) + 50€ por receta que aportes (explicado en detalle a continuación). RECETAS Ahora mismo tenemos más de 40 recetas pesadas al gramo y con la elaboración apuntada, pero para cubrir las 4 temporadas hay que seguir innovando con más recetas, por lo que es un requisito –remunerado– la creación de recetas que sigan unos criterios establecidos. - Ritmo de innovación: Normalmente habrá que aportar 1 receta cada dos semanas, pero esto podría variar. - Remuneración: Se remunerará con 50€ cada receta aprobada. - Criterios de aprobación: Como norma general, para aprobar una receta esta debe obtener una valoración por parte de los usuarios de como mínimo 4 estrellas (sobre 5). Recibirás el feedback de los usuarios directamente en un dashboard que podrás consultar siempre que quieras. Más allá de la valoración, también pueden entrar en juego otros factores y puede pasar que no se apruebe una receta aunque reciba más de 4 estrellas; o lo contrario, no llegar a las 4 estrellas y ser aprobada igualmente. - También habrá que aportar la elaboración de la receta. - Las recetas pagadas ya serán propiedad de Victoria's Lunch para ser ofrecidas en una eventual empresa. EQUIPO Otra persona y yo somos ayudantes de cocina y parte activa del proyecto, por lo que también nos involucramos en la cocina para trabajar en equipo. La parte más importante de nuestro rol más allá de las propias tareas de ayudante (cortar, lavar, etc.) es asegurar que una receta nueva está bien pesada y queda bien apuntada, así como ir comprobando que las recetas que ya tenemos también están bien apuntadas. Esta es una responsabilidad primordial del servicio compartida entre el ayudante y el chef. PRUEBA El primer día es de prueba y consiste en realizar el servicio. Si superas la prueba ese mismo servicio ya se remunera, pero si no la superas no se remunerá. La prueba tendrá lugar el próximo lunes, 31 de marzo de 1.00 a 5.00 PM (turno de tarde).
