Location: Nazeing, EN9 Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9:00am – 5:00pm) Job Code: MJ2234 Accounts Administrator Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers and a knack for juggling multiple tasks? Our client, a well-established company based in the lovely village of Nazeing, is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Accounts Administrator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with prior finance or accounting experience to further refine their technical skills within a supportive and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: • Invoice jobs on Cash for windows, daily, weekly or monthly, as per the customers’ requirements, • Check information is correct on each job before invoicing, • Check account names & address and correct if necessary, • Check Purchase Orders/quotes match the jobs costs before invoicing, • Liaise with engineers regarding works completed, pricing, customer details etc, • Liaise with other departments & branches where required, • Assist engineers & credit control with any queries, • Be responsible for your allocated Key Accounts, • Invoice other engineers’ work when members of the team are off, • Raise credit notes when necessary & send to the customer, • Possibly take credit card payments from customers, via sending a link to customers email or mobile phone, • Assist with day to day running of the shared billing inbox, • Deal with customer queries regarding invoicing via phone or email, • Upload invoices/certificates to customer portals The successful candidate will have: • Prior finance or accounting experience in an office environment, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), • Full UK Driving Licence, • Excellent organisational and time management skills, • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills Benefits: • 28 Days Inc.
