The Role Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: • Preparing and submitting finance applications to lenders, • Collating supporting documentation and information from clients, • Liaising with lenders throughout the application and underwriting process, • Regularly progressing live cases and identifying outstanding requirements, • Chasing clients for documents and information required by lenders, • Liaising with solicitors on both sides of a transaction to help progress matters towards completion, • Liaising with valuers, accountants and other professional advisers where required, • Keeping clients informed of progress throughout their transaction, • Monitoring lender requirements, valuations, legal work and outstanding conditions, • Maintaining accurate case records and updating our CRM system, • Ensuring important deadlines and proposed completion dates are monitored, • Assisting with the preparation of documents, correspondence and client communications, • Providing general administrative support to the Director, • Taking ownership of cases and proactively helping to resolve issues that could delay completion About You We are looking for someone who is highly organised, confident communicating with people and comfortable taking responsibility for getting things done.
