The Sales Support Specialist provides essential administrative and operational support to the Business Development Manager and UK Stockists ensuring smooth processes for order management, customer service, and reporting. This role is critical in maintaining accurate data, coordinating communication between internal teams and clients, and helping the sales function achieve its targets. CUSTOMER / STRATEGY / PLAN Process and manage customer orders accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems. Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation as required. Act as a point of contact for customer enquiries related to orders, deliveries, and product information. Resolve issues promptly and escalate complex queries to the appropriate team. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication. Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information PEOPLE / LEADERSHIP Build and maintain strong relationships x-functionally with the Brand and Product Team Take ownership of leads and ongoing projects Liaise with Group departments (logistics, finance etc) to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Support the Business Development Manager with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, coordinating and where required attending events. Communicate stock availability, lead times, and promotional offers to customers. Support a culture of openness and shared ownership Be an ambassador for your brand FINANCIAL / COMMERCIALS Track KPIs such as order accuracy, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction. Assist in analysing sales trends and identifying opportunities for improvement ESSENTIAL Strong organisational and administrative skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
