I am looking for a creative and motivated Chef to help lead our kitchen and contribute to growth. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare & plate high-standard dishes to menu specifications
Assist Head Chef with menu development and seasonal specials
Enforce food hygiene and safety protocols
Support, train, and supervise junior kitchen staff
Manage ingredient inventory and minimise food waste Requirements:
2+ years experience in professional kitchens
Recognised food hygiene qualification
Ability to multi task and maintain composure in busy service
Strong leadership, communication, and creativity
Passion for local, seasonal produce What We Offer:
£15 - £20 per hour (depending on experience)
Staff meals each shift, tip pooling, uniform provided
