Budget Control & Owner reporting • Prepare monthly and yearly sales budget, forecasts and sales plans in conjunction with the General Manager., • Provide monthly financial and performance updates on the owners' reports, including action plans. Client Relations and Strategic Partnerships • Proactively seek out and establish strategic partnerships within luxury travel, luxury high-end brands, corporate, and entertainment segments to drive sales of rooms and food & beverage, enhancing hotel recognition and guest satisfaction., • Conduct hotel tours for clients and partners to showcase rooms, food & beverage outlets, amenities, and enhance relationship-building., • Create and manage a comprehensive annual plan for familiarization trips and visits by travel industry partners, ensuring consistent engagement and relationship building., • Represent the hotel at roadshows, sales calls, and travel shows to promote the hotel's main USPs and highlighting the hotel’s competitive advantages, resulting in relationship and network building and bringing business leads., • Attend networking events to prospect new business opportunities and establish relationships with new clients and business partners., • Oversee the maintenance and update of photography assets to ensure they are current and compelling, contributing to enhanced website traffic and visual appeal.
