Now, we’re looking for an exceptional Head of Projects to help shape the next chapter. The Opportunity This is not a traditional project management role. We’re looking for a strategic leader, natural relationship builder, and calm force behind complex creative productions. Someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, knows how to lead high-performing teams, and can confidently steer projects from ambitious concept through to flawless delivery. You’ll sit at the heart of the studio — partnering closely with founders, creatives, clients, suppliers, and production teams to ensure every experience is delivered with precision, creativity, and impact. From luxury activations and immersive environments to technically ambitious installations and bespoke experiences, you’ll oversee projects that demand both creative sensitivity and operational excellence. What You’ll Be Doing Leading the Projects Team • Inspire, mentor, and grow the Producing & Project Management team, • Build a culture that champions collaboration, accountability, creativity, and excellence, • Lead from the front on some of the studio’s most high-profile and ambitious projects, • Act as a senior point of contact for luxury brands, private clients, and key stakeholders, • Build trusted, long-term relationships through exceptional communication and service, • Translate creative ambition into tailored, executable project plans, • Oversee the full project lifecycle — from concept and planning through to execution and post-project review, • Manage timelines, budgets, resourcing, suppliers, and production schedules, • Collaborate closely with creatives, designers, fabricators, technical teams, and external partners, • Constantly look for ways to innovate, improve processes, and elevate delivery standards, • Stay connected to emerging technologies, creative trends, and experiential best practice, • Champion quality control across all projects and touchpoints, • Manage departmental and project budgets effectively, • Monitor financial performance, project profitability, and risk, • Support strategic planning and sustainable studio growth You’re equal parts producer, leader, strategist, and relationship-builder. You know how to navigate high expectations, shifting priorities, and complex creative projects without losing sight of the detail. You’re commercially aware, emotionally intelligent, highly organised, and genuinely passionate about creating exceptional work. Ideally, you’ll bring: • Significant experience leading large-scale creative, experiential, luxury, or production projects, • A strong track record managing high-profile clients and stakeholders, • Experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams and complex project delivery, • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, • A meticulous eye for detail and high production standards, • Confidence managing budgets, timelines, and operational planning, • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset We believe brilliant people do their best work in inspiring environments, with exciting projects and a team that genuinely supports each other.
