Essential Criteria Level 2 vocational qualification in Dry Lining, Plastering, Brickwork , or related trade. Strong, hands-on experience in at least one of these trades. Experience delivering construction training or workshop-based instruction. Ability to engage learners of varied abilities using diverse teaching methods. Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom-management skills. Strong understanding of safeguarding, equality, H&S, and data protection. Desirable Criteria Level 3 qualification in Dry Lining, Plastering, or Brickwork. Teaching or assessing qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
