Sales Executive – Manchester – Up to £40,000 inc Car allowance and bonus Due to increased global growth, our client are seeking a Sales Executive to be part of our UK Sales team, covering the North West region including Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Lancashire, Cheshire & Cumbria, selling all modes of freight. Frequent travel across the region is expected; therefore, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential. Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm (including one-hour unpaid lunch) • Drive sales performance to achieve agreed targets, • Identify new sales opportunities and build strong business relationships, • Profile new businesses to understand freight and customs requirements, • Maintain and update the CRM system with client and prospect activity, • Grow and develop existing client portfolios, • Liaise effectively with customers, suppliers, and international agents, • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and technical sales capability, • Represent the organisation professionally at all times, • Negotiate and influence effectively when required, • Minimum 2 years’ sales experience within the freight industry, • Knowledge of multimodal import/export operations, • Strong communication and presentation skills, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, • Solid understanding of logistics processes and procedures, • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise workload, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Flexibility to adapt working hours and work from home when required, • Right to Work in the UK, • Full UK driving licence, • Access to a vehicle #J-18808-Ljbffr
