THE REALITY OF THE ROLE We want to be completely transparent about the position before you apply. La Petite Bretagne is a small restaurant with a small kitchen team, which means that for a large part of your shifts, you will be expected to work independently and manage your section by yourself. There will not always be another chef next to you telling you what needs to be done. You need to be able to organise your own preparation, keep your section ready, manage multiple orders at the same time and stay in control when service becomes busy. That means strong organisation and the ability to work under pressure are extremely important. The role We are looking for a highly organised and adaptable person to join our small office team at a busy London food wholesaler. This is a crucial hybrid role sitting between operations, customer service, sales administration and basic finance. It is not a traditional sales account-management position.
