As Chef de Partie, youll play a key role in delivering this varietyswitching confidently between fine dining, fresh salads, elegant canapés, hot fork buffets, and plated dishes for executive guests. This is a role for an ambitious chef who thrives on change, enjoys working across different styles, and takes pride in consistency and presentation. Youll be part of a team that values creativity, professionalism, and the ability to make every service feel exceptional. Responsibilities: Run your section to a high standard across a range of hospitality styles. Produce food for: Meeting-room hospitality Fine dining Private Dining rooms Boardroom dining PS03 canapé, buffet and plated events Level 18 deli, lounge bar and pastry support Follow recipes and specs consistently, maintaining accurate allergen and due-diligence records. Maintain a clean, organised workstation with correct labelling and stock rotation. Support senior chefs with ordering, stock checks and prep organisation. Work positively with the wider team, ready to step onto different sections when needed. Requirements: Experience as a Demi CDP or CDP in Michelin, Rosette, 5* hotel, or high-end B&I kitchens. Strong technical basics, good knife skills and an eye for detail. A genuine passion for learning across all sections - hot, cold, pastry and events. Professional, reliable and team oriented. Understanding of food safety, allergens and kitchen compliance. Above all: enthusiasm, pride in your work and a willingness to grow.
