The Role: • Developing, implementing and executing a new outbound strategy for your AE team. This includes developing and strengthening client relationships through regular engagement, identifying opportunities for growth, and overseeing the creation of tailored digital roadmaps and QBRs to increase recurring revenue, project work, and strategic partnerships. The role is also responsible for enhancing overall commercial performance by embedding scalable sales practices and supporting business development initiatives. A key part of the remit involves shaping deal structures, pricing strategies, and ensuring all commercial practices are clearly documented, communicated, and aligned with operational and sales objectives—as well as broader company policies.
