Duties and Responsibilities - Confidently run either the Restaurant Bar or the Shibeen Speakeasy Cocktail bar service. - Be available and capable to open and close our bars correctly. - Organise the prep requirements and standards necessary for service to run smoothly, ensuring a fully stocked bar. - Have the ability to build rapport and provide a personal service to guests when in front facing bar roles. - Lead, train, and develop the more junior members of the team. Skills and qualifications - A minimum of 1 year experience as a head bartender, or 2 years of experience behind the bar. - Expertise in all of the fundamentals of classic cocktail making. - Interest in the development and craft behind our signature cocktail list. - Have a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure. - A genuine passion for cocktails and spirits and a desire to learn more. - Expertise in organisation, time management and ability to multitask.
