Role: Head of Logistics Contract Type: Permanent Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week Start Date: April 2026 Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Head of Logistics to own and lead end-to-end global logistics operations. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across inbound and outbound flows of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring scalable, compliant, and cost-effective distribution as the business continues to grow. This is a highly cross-functional role, partnering with Production, Commercial, Finance, Retail, Ecommerce, and external logistics providers. Key Responsibilities • Lead all inbound and outbound logistics across wholesale, retail, ecommerce, intercompany, and special projects, • Plan and manage logistics critical paths to ensure on-time delivery and service KPIs, • Oversee and optimise 3PL warehouse, freight forwarder, and courier performance, • Manage inbound shipments from EU, UK, and ROW suppliers; oversee returns across all channels, • Own global stock distribution movements and inventory accuracy, • Deliver weekly, monthly, EOS, and year-end logistics, inventory, and financial reporting, • Control logistics budgets, cost analysis, invoicing, and forecast vs actual performance, • Own logistics systems and integrations (RLM, 3PL WMS, Cegid, ecommerce), • Ensure full compliance with UK and international import/export regulations and certifications, • Support projects including store openings, new platforms, collaborations, and show/showroom logistics Skills & Experience • 5+ years’ experience in supply chain and logistics management, • Strong background in fashion and high-value goods logistics, • Proven experience managing 3PLs, freight forwarders, and couriers internationally, • Excellent knowledge of import/export regulations and customs compliance, • Advanced Excel skills and strong systems capability Personal Attributes • Highly organised, accountable, and commercially minded, • Proactive problem-solver able to operate under pressure, • Agile, adaptable, and collaborative with strong communication skills JW Anderson is an equal opportunities employer committed to fostering and preserving a culture of diversity, equality, and inclusion in our workforce.
