O&M Project Manager Role Our client is hiring an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Project Manager to join their O&M Support team. Based in Slough, this role involves approximately 50% travel across UK sites and international locations including Zurich, Abu Dhabi, Rome, and Casablanca. You’ll play a key role in supporting high-performance operations across all O&M sites. This includes bridging the gap between tender management and plant mobilisation, improving documentation and reporting, and driving continuous improvement strategies. O&M Project Manager Responsibilities • Manage O&M contracts during the pre-mobilisation phase, • Support documentation, reporting, and sharing of best practices across the O&M organisation, • Develop templates and tools to meet system and operational requirements, • Lead workshops to define and document O&M and continuous improvement strategies, • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project success O&M Project Manager Background • Strong understanding of O&M operations and commercial/financial acumen, • Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience, • Experience in Energy from Waste or other power plant environments (preferred), • Proven leadership and project management skills, • High proficiency in IT systems and administrative tools, • Ability to work effectively in matrix organisations, • Excellent communication and influencing skills, • Safety-focused mindset, • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus O&M Project Manager Benefits • £70,000 - £85,000 Base DOE, • £6750 Car Allowance, • Pension scheme with up to 10% employer contribution, • Life insurance (4x salary), • Disability insurance, • Private medical and dental coverage, • Clear career development pathways For further information, you can apply here or reach Ross Kennedy on 01415360341 or
