The Role The Head of Marketing is responsible for leading brand marketing, digital strategy and coordinating campaigns for The Beatles. Reporting to the Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer, you will work closely with our music, film and platform partners, direct agencies, manage PR and publicity, and oversee product and press launches. You will bring hands-on digital marketing experience — spanning branded websites, CRM, YouTube, and social channels including Snapchat — and the ability to deliver integrated global campaigns across music, film/TV, and brand partnerships. You’ll bring a deep appreciation for The Beatles’ music and a drive to connect it with new generations of listeners. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership • Lead the development and delivery of marketing strategies for The Beatles across all platforms and new projects / releases., • Collaborate with key partners and manage agencies to develop integrated global marketing campaigns for product launches, film and TV projects, anniversaries, and catalogue activations., • Oversee campaign budgets, KPIs, and timelines, ensuring all work meets agreed objectives and performance targets., • Create and manage clear agency briefs for creative, digital, media and PR partners., • Oversee all agency output to ensure alignment between creative excellence and commercial priorities., • Lead digital marketing activity across The Beatles’ branded website, CRM, Online Stores, YouTube, and social channels (including Snapchat)., • Collaborate with the Head of Digital to drive audience engagement, content performance, and data-led innovation., • Use analytics to optimise marketing effectiveness and grow The Beatles’ global digital community., • Manage all PR and publicity activity, working closely with a dedicated PR agency as well as our partners’ Publicity and Corporate Communications teams., • Oversee the announcement and launch of new projects and products., • Work closely with the Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer to evolve The Beatles’ brand identity and tone across marketing campaigns and communications., • Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistency across campaigns, platforms, and partnerships., • Bring creativity and care to maintaining the authenticity of The Beatles’ legacy, whilst also pushing the boundaries of the brand to drive cultural relevance and engagement with younger fans. What You’ll Bring • Extensive marketing experience in music, entertainment, or global cultural properties., • Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-partner campaigns across international markets., • Deep digital marketing expertise, including website management, CRM, YouTube and social platforms (especially TikTok, Instagram and Snapchat)., • Strong PR and publicity management skills, including press release drafting and handling of talent and media relationships., • Experience with film or TV marketing is desirable., • Strategic and analytical mindset, with a proven ability to define KPIs and evaluate campaign performance., • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with attention to detail., • Collaborative and calm leadership style, • Passion for music and storytelling, with a deep appreciation for The Beatles’ cultural significance.
