Wipro are looking for a Commercial Excellence Management Consultant to work in London, Wipro Consulting's Sales, Marketing and Commercial Excellence practice is growing across Europe. We are hiring for Management Consultants to join our London team, supporting a portfolio of clients across Hi-Tech, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Health & Life Sciences, and Retail. This Senior role will be reporting into the European head of Practice. As a Consultant in Commercial Excellence, you will work at the intersection of pricing strategy, revenue operations, customer value management, and go-to-market execution, helping clients unlock measurable commercial performance improvement. The Sales & Marketing (S&M) practice at Wipro Consulting delivers end-to-end commercial transformation across four capability areas: • Commercial Excellence - pricing, sales, CX, margin optimisation, commerce and contract intelligence, • Revenue Operations (RevOps) - CRM transformation, L2O, QTC, O2C, revenue intelligence, • Customer Value Management (CVM) - loyalty, retention, wallet share growth, RGM, customer lifetime value, • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy - market segmentation, sales coverage, channel design, martech Key Responsibilities Client Delivery • Think AI across the value chain and lead discussions resulting in end to end AI interventions, • Lead workstreams on commercial transformation programmes across pricing, RevOps, CVM, CLV, and GTM, • Conduct current-state diagnostics across commercial processes, identifying value leakage and improvement levers, • Build robust business cases with quantified value linking commercial levers to EBITDA, DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), working capital, and ROCE (Return on Capital Employed), • Design and implement pricing strategies, commercial frameworks, and revenue management processes, • Translate client data into insight-led recommendations for C-suite stakeholders Analytical & Commercial Skills • Model commercial scenarios in Office365/digital platforms and simulate results using data sets, • Analyse customer segmentation, volume/value mix, and trade spend effectiveness, • Build competitive benchmarks and heatmaps to contextualise client performance, • Support Design of Lead to Order, Order to Cash solutions across multiple tech platforms Business Development • Contribute to proposal development, pitch decks, and statement of work (SoW) documentation, • Support account teams with client intelligence, sector research, and meeting preparation, • Participate in Wipro Consulting communities across Hi-Tech, Financial Services, and Consumer/Retail Knowledge & IP Development • Help build and maintain practice assets - frameworks, templates, and case studies, • Contribute to thought leadership and point-of-view (PoV) papers on commercial excellence topics, • Share insights from client engagements to strengthen practice knowledge base Required Experience & Skills Essential Experience • Extensive experience of management consulting or industry experience in a commercial, pricing, or revenue operations function, • Demonstrable exposure to at least two of: pricing strategy, RevOps, CVM, QTC, or sales transformation, • Strong analytical skills - comfortable with commercial modelling, data interpretation, and business case construction, • Experience working with senior stakeholders (Director / VP / C-suite) in client-facing environments, • Sector experience in one or more of: Hi-Tech/TMT, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Health & Life Sciences, or Retail Desirable experience: • Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms - Salesforce, SAP CPQ, Pricefx, PROS, or similar, • Familiarity with S/4HANA or ERP-led commercial process transformation, • Exposure to Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process improvement, • Understanding of working capital mechanics - DSO, DPO, cash conversion cycle (CCC), • International or multi-market experience (European markets/language a strong plus) Behaviours & Attributes • Intellectually curious - enjoys dissecting commercial problems and building structured narratives, • Confident communicator - can present findings clearly in PowerPoint and in person, • Delivery-oriented - takes ownership of workstreams and delivers to quality under pressure, • Collaborative - works well in cross-functional teams across client and Wipro stakeholders, • Commercially minded - connects analytical insight to real business impact Education / Qualification Required • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, • MBA or postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline (desirable, not essential), • Professional certifications in pricing (CPP), CRM platforms, or SAP (advantageous) Inclusion We don’t just look at your CV.
