Driven by high performance: What do you need to bring to the team? • Experience in composite trimming/Fitting, preferably within the F1/motorsport or aerospace sectors., • Ability to read and engineering drawings., • A methodical and thorough approach to with excellent attention to detail with a can-do attitude, • Proficiency in using hand and power tools associated with composite trimming processes., • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work., • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly., • Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a willingness to be flexible during busy periods., • Experience of assembling Class A components while following QA documentation and company processes, • Experience of in line inspection/scanning would be desirable., • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks., • Willingness to learn and adapt in a continually evolving industry., • Adherence to safety and quality standards in all aspects of work A team like no other.
