Key Responsibilities: Deliver site security services aligned with company and government guidance Communicate security requirements clearly with all personnel Plan and prioritize workload to meet functional and business needs Gather and report security-related data for informed decision-making Maintain security records and databases Handle information efficiently and sensitively Support investigations and manage security incidents Build strong relationships with key personnel internally and externally Respond to enquiries and complaints professionally and constructively Promote awareness education and training related to security Perform other duties as directed by the Deputy/Site Security Manager Demonstrate core values: Integrity Vigilance Helpfulness Competencies • Experience as an Office Administrator or similar role, • Maintaining confidentiality integrity and availability, • Diligent and timely process execution, • Professional polite and personable demeanor, • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, • Collaboration with business functions and staff, • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, • Positive customer experience delivery, • Initiative and proactive approach to achieving results, • Proficient in IT skills (MS Office packages), • Excellent telephone manner and ability to deal with outside agencies, • Ability to identify and solve routine problems Qualifications : What were looking for: Were looking for someone who sees a different worldsomeone who values teamwork shows initiative and wants to grow. Ideally youll have: • A valid SIA licence., • Flexibility to work days nights and weekends., • The right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history., • Strong communication skills in Englishboth written and spoken.
