Business Development Manager The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating, qualifying and closing new commercial interior projects for Layrd Design Ltd. This role owns the sales process from identifying prospects and building relationships, through to proposal coordination, negotiation and sales closure before handover to the delivery teams, they work closely with the CEO, Sector heads, marketing and the design/delivery teams. This is a relationship-driven role focused on long-cycle, high-value projects, not transactional selling. Core Responsibilities 1.
