What you’ll do As part of the Facilities and Front of House team, you will support day-to-day operations across the London office, helping to maintain a professional, welcoming, and efficient environment. Key responsibilities include: Reception and Front of House • Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth, • Escort guests to meetings and provide refreshments as needed, • Maintain high standards across all client-facing areas, • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and office services, liaising with vendors and contractors, • Support Health & Safety compliance, including visitor logs and security badges, • Order and replenish office and pantry supplies across London and Paris offices, • Manage mail, couriers, and office equipment servicing, • Provide ad hoc support to Executive Assistants and the wider office team, • Assist with internal and external events, including logistics and catering, • Support travel arrangements and other administrative tasks as required, • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for facilities projects, • Cover for the Front of House Manager during absences This role offers a fantastic chance to be at the centre of a thriving office, ensuring colleagues and visitors have a seamless experience while gaining exposure to a global hedge fund environment.
