Apprentices/MSD NextGen: Act as key contact and mentor, supporting the development, sharing learnings, and maintaining effective communication. Apprentices – Monthly check ins and facilitation. MSD NextGen - Coordinate employee training programs and maintain training records and budget requirements. Play a pivotal role in MSD’s NextGen Programme and Social Responsibility Committee, co-ordinating the early years training and development program to enhance employee growth.
