Job Title: Executive Assistant & Office Manager Location: Central London Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 (DOE) Type: Full-time A growing financial firm in the heart of London is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and adaptable Executive Assistant & Office Manager to join their close-knit team. This unique role combines executive support to the CEO with broader office management responsibilities, offering a dynamic and varied day-to-day. The Role: This is an equal split role, where you will provide Executive Assistant support to the CEO (including both business and personal support) and manage the office operations for the wider team. You will become a key member of a collaborative and ambitious environment, supporting both the people and processes that keep the firm running smoothly. Executive Assistant Responsibilities: • Provide high-level support to the CEO, including diary and inbox management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements., • Assist with both business and personal tasks for the CEO, ensuring priorities are managed efficiently., • Support wider team members as needed with administrative duties and coordination., • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail., • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.Office Management Responsibilities:, • Oversee the smooth running of the office, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and office supplies., • Organise office moves, seating plans, and space planning to optimise the workplace environment., • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe, well-functioning office., • Plan and coordinate team events, meetings, and other internal initiatives., • Act as the central point of contact for IT, maintenance, and other service providers.Requirements:, • Proven experience in office management, facilities management, or executive support in a professional environment., • Demonstrable experience as an Executive Assistant to senior leadership, ideally supporting both business and personal tasks., • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident in liaising with senior stakeholders., • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook., • Proactive, adaptable, and a problem-solver with a hands-on approach.
