Field Based Account Manager Report to Industry Sales Manager The Field-Based Account Manager will hold full sales and budget responsibility for a defined product portfolio within the Oil & Gas sector. The role focuses on managing, retaining, and growing business opportunities while building strong, long-term relationships with key customers across the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities • Proactively promote and sell company products and services to new and existing customers., • Consistently achieve and exceed defined sales and profitability targets., • Maintain up-to-date customer information, opportunities, and activities within the CRM system., • Manage the sales pipeline to ensure alignment with business objectives and forecasts., • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support customer projects and deliver high-quality solutions., • Work with marketing and account management colleagues to identify opportunities and align business strategies., • Keep long-term, consultative relationships with key decision-makers across customer organisations., • Work as part of a regional sales team, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues to achieve collective goals., • Participate in internal and external meetings as required to ensure alignment and effective communication, • Degree or equivalent qualification in a technical or engineering discipline, • Proven experience in technical solution sales, ideally within industrial or safety-related markets., • Strong understanding of business-to-business sales processes and industry standards or regulations., • Strong interpersonal ability to build trust and influence at all levels., • Highly organised, self-motivated, and driven to deliver results.
