We are working with a registered social landlord, who are recruiting a Planned Investment Manager to lead the delivery of a range of projects within capital programmes, from inception through to completion. The postholder will support the effective monitoring and reporting of spend, progress and risks across the delivery of the capital programme, escalating issues as required to the executive management team.
