What's the role? As a senior engineer at RYBKA , you will work closely with the associate to provide leadership and management of the Engineering team. You will provide technical expertise and direction for complex (and non-complex) engineering projects leading on delivery from briefing through to handover. This senior role combines hands-on technical leadership, management of engineering staff, as well as a requirement to support the learning and development of junior staff across the business. The role will require to work collaboratively with our BIM and sustainability teams to ensure our Engineering, BIM, and Sustainability services are delivered efficiently and to a consistently high standard with quality built-in to our outputs.
