General Overview This is a role for someone who is passionate about solving domestic property subsidence issues to the highest technical standard. The role covers all aspects of Engineering for our residential subsidence repair business. It is a hands-on role in all aspects, including site visits and being personally responsible for deliverables including supporting our Global businesses. Qualifications • Educated to degree standard in Civil & Structural Engineering, M Eng / MSc (Eng) preferable, • A track record of designing geotechnical solutions, preferably in domestic subsidence space, • IT skills across multiple platforms - Google Suite/MS Office/Salesforce/Plaxis, • Experience in retaining wall analysis and design., • Member of ICE / IStructE Experience • c10 years experience in engineering, • Variety of project sizes and complexities (all causations of subsidence), • Ideally coming from a contracting and / or consulting business and / or loss adjusting and / or building control with experience in building / foundation engineering and repair. This role requires someone who is used to dealing with multiple tasks at a time with strong ICT skills, preferably Salesforce.
