    Role Overview UK Cultour & Education Ltd is seeking a proactive and commercially driven Sales Executive to support the growth of our international business, particularly in collaboration with partner agencies in China. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for both existing and prospective clients, providing tailored advice on our education, travel, and cultural exchange services in the UK. The role involves handling enquiries, recommending suitable programmes, and processing orders for services that may require a degree of technical or specialist knowledge. This position requires strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to build long-term client relationships in a fast-paced, international environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, particularly overseas partner agencies Identify and engage with prospective clients to expand the company’s market presence Provide professional advice on UK-based education, tourism, and cultural programmes Respond to client enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings or service orders Handle sales processes from initial enquiry through to completion Collaborate with internal teams to ensure services are delivered effectively and meet client expectations Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline development Stay informed about market trends, UK visa considerations, and relevant service offerings Recruitment Requirements Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to understand and explain services that may involve technical or specialised knowledge Experience working with international clients, ideally within the education or travel sector Cultural awareness, particularly in relation to the Chinese market Fluency in English; Mandarin Chinese is highly desirable Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team Right to work in the UK
