The Role We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our firm’s digital presence and online marketing performance. This is a key role in the marketing team responsible for developing and executing an integrated digital that drives demand and engagement, elevates our brand, and supports our growth objectives. You’ll oversee the firm’s digital marketing, social media, HubSpot marketing automation and website performance - combining strategic direction with hands-on implementation. Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy & Leadership • Develop and deliver the firm’s digital strategy aligned with overall marketing and business objectives., • Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance client engagement and online visibility., • Own digital demand generation across paid, owned, earned; accountable for marketing-sourced pipeline and SQLs from digital channels., • Build and run an always-on and campaign-based paid media program (Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Retargeting etc), • Plan and launch ABM campaigns aligned to intent and target account lists., • Manage the firm’s website - UX, SEO, design and content., • Lead website updates, enhancements and demand generation campaigns to improve conversion and engagement and support pipeline generation efforts., • Ensure the site reflects the firm’s brand and supports our engagement and inbound marketing initiatives., • Develop a digital localisation and translation strategy that expands our digital presence into priority global markets., • Manage a website optimisation program with ongoing testing of user journeys, and key conversion points., • Own the firm’s social media strategy and content calendar across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and other relevant platforms., • Manage content creation and publishing, ensuring consistency in tone, voice and brand positioning., • Oversee HubSpot, marketing automation and lead nurturing workflows., • Create and optimise email campaigns, landing pages and lead scoring models., • Ensure data quality, segmentation and reporting align with business development goals. Skills & Experience • Proven experience (10+ years) in digital marketing., • Strong understanding of digital communication principles., • Demonstrated expertise in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platform., • Proficient in SEO, Google Analytics, PPC and social media advertising., • Experience managing websites (WordPress or similar CMS)., • Excellent communication, project management and leadership skills., • Creative thinker with strong analytical and commercial acumen.
