Overview: We are seeking a skilled part-time Multi Drop Delivery Driver to join our team. Jones is a family run catering butchers (est. 1962), with a close-knit team of butchers, production operators, warehouse assistants and delivery drivers, supplying meats from around the world to London and the Home Counties. Reports in to our Transport Manager and Managing Director. Relevant driving experience is preferred. Must hold a full manual UK driving licence. Responsibilities: • Fulfil daily delivery run competently and professionally • Keep the delivery vehicle clean inside and out • Carry out any minor repairs necessary, i.e. Change tyres or bulbs • Handle any customer returns • Check accuracy of orders before loading onto the delivery vehicle • Daily loading of delivery vehicles in a logical order • Ensuring fuel, oil, screen wash and adblu levels are topped up • Carry out vehicle checks Skills: • Time and workflow management • Customer relations • Flexible & creative thinker with good problem-solving skills • Proficient in road safety practices and regulations • Experience working in a fast-paced environment • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively • Self-motivated & positive attitude We offer competitive pay rates based on experience. We’re looking for a proactive, reliable, and skilled handyman/cleaner to help keep the space running smoothly before, during, and after events. The Role This is a hands-on role covering both basic maintenance tasks and post-event cleaning. You’ll be the go-to person for minor fixes, setup support, and ensuring the venue is spotless and presentable. Key Responsibilities General handyman duties: light repairs, fixture maintenance, small carpentry/electrical jobs Event support: setup/breakdown of furniture, lighting, AV equipment Post-event cleaning: floors, toilets, rubbish disposal, pressure washing Ongoing cleaning/maintenance of warehouse and canal-side outdoor space Monitor supplies and flag issues needing escalation Liaise with the venue manager and visiting crews as needed Ideal Candidate Has Experience in event venues, studios, galleries, or commercial properties Practical skills: basic plumbing, electrics, painting, carpentry Experience with cleaning tools: industrial vacuums, floor buffers, pressure washers Familiar with health & safety standards (COSHH, risk assessments, etc.) Self-motivated and trustworthy Flexible availability, including weekends and late-night shifts Desirable (but not essential) CSCS, IPAF, or PASMA certification First aid trained Local to East London

What you will do: You have to manage storage and warehousing plan, organise, and co-ordinate the activities and resources necessary for the safe and efficient receipt, storage and warehousing of goods and for the maintenance of stocks at an optimal level. Lead and manage an assistant manager, Supervisors and a growing team of warehouse staff, providing clear daily instructions and expectations. Ensuring that staffing levels for both warehouse operations and deliveries by managing staff rotas effectively. Prioritise picking and dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment. Handle returns and customer disputes professionally and efficiently. Work closely with customer service teams to resolve customer issues promptly. Manage the booking of containers and other door deliveries to the warehouse. Supervise the receipt and inspection of incoming goods to ensure that accurate records are maintained. Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety policies and procedures within the warehouse. Oversee all stock control processes, including replenishment, goods in, and dispatch. Take the lead with the yearly warehouse stocktake. Manage warehouse equipment, stationery orders, and operational supplies. Ensure all orders are dispatched accurately and on schedule. Generate reports and statistics on warehouse operations as required. What You Will Need to Have: Proven experience in a warehouse management role. Excellent organisational and planning skills to manage stock and deliveries. Good knowledge of stock control. Experience in handling customer disputes and returns professionally. Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and compliance requirements. Ability to produce reports and operational statistics Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Experience using Microsoft Office, warehouse management systems (WMS). Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external customers.
