Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, outgoing Administrative Assistant / Project Coordinator support our growing team. You will act as a primary client contact, assist with sales, coordinate projects, manage administrative tasks, and support marketing efforts. This hybrid, remote-preferred role requires occasional in-person meetings and jobsite visits. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the main client contact, managing communications, follow-ups, and support., • Assist with in-house sales and online client interactions., • Use CRM systems to manage client communications, scheduling, follow-ups, and data., • Administer and maintain the CRM., • Vet prospective clients to assess interest and readiness., • Handle administrative tasks, including project support, running errands, and personal-assistant duties as needed., • Attend job sites to support project coordination and client updates., • Collaborate with marketing: create content and post on social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)., • Take progress photos/videos of ongoing construction or tiny-home builds., • Social media marketing experience is a plus; be comfortable appearing on camera for videos and client updates., • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills., • Outgoing, professional demeanor with the ability to manage multiple client requests., • Flexible availability between approximately 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST., • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), creating emails/templates, and calendar invites., • Experience with CRM systems., • Social media marketing skills and comfort with video content are a plus., • Familiarity with AI systems like ChatGPT preferred., • Join a compassionate, family-focused company that values integrity, creativity, and craftsmanship., • Hands-on experience in the growing ADU and tiny home market., • Opportunity to grow in project coordination, sales, marketing, and client management.
