What You’ll Do • Upon hire, you will enter the Reiser "FIRST" program that provides extensive training on our flagship product line(s)., • Install new packaging and processing machinery and perform routine maintenance and on-site repairs., • Troubleshoot and resolve issues by applying your expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems., • Spend approximately 60-80% of your time traveling within the southeast to visit food production facilities, helping customers optimize their equipment., • Train customers in preventive maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly and effectively., • 5+ years of experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair., • Practical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems., • Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics., • Food processing or packaging machinery experience is a plus., • Customer-focused mindset., • Comfortable with 60-80% travel during the week – mostly on in the southeast by automobile or plane.
