This position is ideal for experienced sales professionals who are comfortable handling transactions in the $3,000–$10,000+ range and thrive in a structured, performance-driven environment. The role focuses on building trust with clients, understanding their goals, and guiding them to the appropriate treatment solutions while consistently driving revenue. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Conduct in-person consultations with clients regarding aesthetic services and treatment options, • Recommend and sell treatment packages based on client goals and needs, • Meet or exceed daily and weekly revenue targets, • Utilize structured consultation frameworks and sales processes, • Handle objections confidently and guide clients toward same-day decisions, • Maintain accurate documentation of consultations and sales activity, • Collaborate with clinic staff to deliver a strong client experience, • Follow company sales processes, systems, and compliance standards, • Maintain a high level of professionalism and performance accountabilityPerformance Expectations (KPIs), • Average transaction value: ~$3,000 per client, • Average revenue per client visit: ~$1,500, • Daily revenue target: ~$7,000+ in net sales, • High-performing consultants achieve 75%–85%+ conversion ratesRequired Qualifications, • Proven experience in consultative or solution-based sales, • Experience closing transactions in the $3,000–$10,000+ range, • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, • Ability to build trust quickly and guide clients through decision-making, • Goal-oriented with a strong understanding of performance accountability, • Highly organized with attention to detail and documentation, • Coachable and adaptable in a structured sales environmentPreferred Qualifications, • Experience in high-ticket sales (luxury, medical, fitness, automotive, real estate, etc.), • Background in commission-based or quota-driven roles, • Experience in client-facing, in-person sales environments, • Exposure to aesthetics, wellness, or medical spa industry (not required)Work Environment / Schedule, • On-site, client-facing role within a medical spa environment, • 4-day workweek, • Sunday required (highest revenue day), • 3 flexible weekdays (Monday–Friday), • Standard hours listed as 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (weekdays) and 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Sunday), with flexibility required based on client demand and appointments, • Fast-paced, high-performance sales environmentTraining & Onboarding, • Week 1: Remote training covering services, consultation framework, CRM, and compliance, • Week 2: In-person training in Florida with live consultations and coaching, • Ongoing: Continued development and support at assigned locationCompensation and BenefitsThis role offers a base salary combined with a performance-based commission structure tied to daily sales performance.
