This role offers a salary range of $50,000 to $75,000 annually, depending on experience, education, and qualifications Benefits: • Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits, • 401k with a match, • Paid Time Off Responsibilities: • Maintain accurate financial records, including tracking transactions and reconciling accounts., • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently and in compliance with company policies., • Utilize QuickBooks software to manage and organize financial data., • Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of records., • Generate financial reports and summaries to assist in decision-making processes., • Monitor and resolve discrepancies in financial records or reports., • Collaborate with team members to support financial audits and compliance reviews., • Assist in budget preparation and forecasting to support organizational goals., • Organize and maintain documentation for easy retrieval and reference., • Proven experience in bookkeeping, with a strong understanding of financial processes., • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other relevant accounting software., • Familiarity with managing accounts payable and accounts receivable., • Demonstrated ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations., • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills., • Excellent problem-solving abilities to address financial discrepancies., • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members., • Knowledge of financial reporting and compliance standards.
