The Product Strategy Analyst owns execution across complex, cross-functional initiatives within the Working Capital Lending business, partnering closely with Product, Risk, Operations, and Technology. This is an execution-focused role responsible for translating ambiguous strategic objectives into scalable operational outcomes through documented processes, governed decision frameworks, and measurable performance improvements. The role requires comfort with judgment-heavy work, building structure where none exists, driving cross-functional follow-through, and using data as a tool to inform decisions rather than an end in itself. Essential Functions: • Own end-to-end execution of cross-functional initiatives across underwriting and collections, from problem definition through rollout, including stakeholder alignment and adoption., • Establish operational rigor by documenting underwriting and collections processes, defining quality controls, and maintaining governed playbooks to support consistent, scalable decisions., • Drive cross-functional execution across Product, Risk, Operations, and Technology by managing sequencing, surfacing constraints early, and ensuring delivery against commitments., • Translate strategic objectives into clear, executable workstreams with defined ownership, dependencies, and success metrics., • Design and refine operational solutions by balancing risk discipline, customer experience, operational capacity, and financial outcomes., • Develop and maintain analytical tools to support underwriting and collections, including dashboards, performance monitoring, and decision logic enhancements., • Leverage data and automation to improve efficiency and decision quality through segmentation analysis, workflow automation, and post-implementation validation. Qualifications: • 3–6 years of experience in product operations, business operations, strategy, or similar roles within fintech, lending, payments, or financial services., • Proven ownership of cross-functional execution, particularly in environments with ambiguity, competing priorities, and limited guardrails., • Strong operational discipline, including experience documenting processes, establishing quality controls or governance, and driving adoption across teams., • Strong analytical capability, including proficiency with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools, and good to very good proficiency in Python and R, with the ability to automate manual workflows and support analytical decision-making., • Sound judgment and communication skills, with the ability to make recommendations under uncertainty and clearly articulate trade-offs to technical and non-technical., • Experience with underwriting, credit policy, collections, or decision governance in a lending or credit-based business., • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM and operational systems, and experience working with operational data generated from those platforms.
