Job DescriptionSalary: $66,560/year + Commission Our Brea team is looking for a motivated, eager, and goal-oriented Account Manager to join the Inside Sales team (Waterworks) in Brea, CA. We are searching for a candidate that fosters a team mentality. The ideal candidate is: • motivated to drive sales, • eager to develop knowledge, • skillful in effective communication, • proficient at developing relationships, • able to operate in a fast-paced environment Job Purpose: To maximize sales, service/advise customers, collaborate, negotiate, oversee/manage each customers purchases and needs, research, forecast, problem-solve, decision-make, and develop new business. Essential Functions of the Role: Communication • Use only the systems, processes and tools provided by the company to conduct and communicate company business (e.g., ensuring all orders enter the ITP system and all calls are routed into ITP email addresses and ITP phone systems) This is not an exhaustive list and other duties related to account management may be required.
