SummaryFirework is looking for on-camera Live Show Hosts (internally titled Digital Showroom Hosts) to lead interactive livestream product shows from our San Mateo studio. These broadcasts are professionally produced and streamed directly on a brand’s own website, allowing audiences to watch, learn, and shop in real time. This role starts as a freelance/1099 position. If the host performs well during rehearsals and initial shows, and the client provides positive feedback, they may transition into a part-time employee role. You can view an example of a Firework Live Show here: What You'll Do • Host live product shows in Firework’s Hollywood, CA studio., • Present products in a way that feels authentic, clear, and conversational., • Follow key talking points and brand messaging while keeping delivery natural., • Participate in training sessions, product briefings, rehearsals, and show run-throughs, • Adjust tone and approach to match each client’s branding and audience., • Maintain strong camera presence and professionalism during live streaming.Schedule & Work Expectations, • Freelance / 1099 role to start, with potential to transition to part-time employee based on performance and client feedback., • On-site only — all rehearsals, training, and livestreams take place at Firework’s Hollywood studio., • Average weekly commitment is typically 5–10 hours, including rehearsal, preparation, and show time., • Hours may increase for clients with multiple shows per month or complex products., • Work generally will not exceed 15 hours per week., • Majority are Weekdays— most of the livestreams are filmed on weekdays, there will be rare chance to be weekends but we will plan and notice in advance., • Shows and rehearsals typically occur between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM PT, depending on client schedule.What We’re Looking For, • Strong on-camera presence and an ability to speak confidently and naturally., • Ability to explain products in a way that feels like a real conversation, not a script., • Reliable, punctual, and receptive to direction and feedback., • Prior experience in hosting, livestreaming, UGC content, acting, or product demonstrations is preferred but not required., • Must be available weekdays during typical business hours.Selection & On-Site Auditions, • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis for on-camera confidence, communication skills, product storytelling ability, and weekday availability., • Qualified applicants will be contacted by Kimmy Rodriguez for a short virtual touch-base to confirm fit and go over audition logistics., • Candidates advancing past that stage will receive an invite-only on-site audition at Firework’s LA studio.On-site audition details, • Dates: December 10–11, 2025, • Time window: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM PT, • Location: Firework LA Studio (address provided upon invitation), • Duration: Each audition lasts no more than 10–15 minutes total onsite., • Format: A single 3-minute, one-take product-hosting scenario — no retakes — to mirror live-show conditions., • Briefing: Candidates selected for on-site auditions will receive three product briefs to choose from following their touch-base call, along with detailed audition instructions.Self-Tape Submission Details, • We are open to reviewing Self-Tape submissions if you are not available to audition onsite., • Submit a self-tape by December 11, 2025 (11:59 PM PT), • Length: 3 minutes, • Format: One continuous take, no edits or cuts, • Orientation: Vertical, with clear audio and lighting, • Choose any tech or electronic product (for example: headphones, portable charger, gaming controller, electronic beauty tool), • Present it as if you are hosting a live show (e.g. engage with audience via chats, talk about lucky draw, etc), • Explain key features and benefits (be creative but realistic), • Show simple demonstrations if possible (fit, comfort, sound, functionality, etc.), • Share how the product would improve someone’s daily life, • End with a simple call-to-action, • Accessibility: The video link must be viewable by anyone with the linkNotifications & Next Steps, • Invitations (with scheduling link and arrival details) are sent via email., • Results are communicated within 5-10 business days of your audition or self-tape review.
