Position Overview: As an Area Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in marketing and selling our industry-leading fuel purchasing solutions within your assigned market. This is a high-impact, "hunting" sales position that requires a strategic and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in the B2B environment. We are seeking candidates who are not just looking for a job but a place to grow, excel, and call home. Position Responsibilities: • Utilize a combination of phone, cold calling, email, and social media to prospect and set appointments with potential clients., • Conduct effective sales calls, identifying clients' goals, challenges, and needs to recommend tailored solutions., • Manage the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a seamless transition., • Maintain a well-balanced pipeline of prospective accounts., • Accurately report sales-related activities within our CRM system., • 3+ years of successful field sales experience in a B2B environment., • Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent experience in industry., • Proven track record of prospecting and self-sourcing new appointments and leads., • Strong time and sales territory management skills., • Exceptional sales call management, presentation, and closing abilities., • Business acumen with experience and passion for selling in the SMB space., • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with remote/home office experience., • Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills., • Entrepreneurial spirit with personal and professional confidence., • Fleet Services, • Uniform/Business Services Industries, • Payroll Services, • Industrial Services, • Copier Sales, • Ability to work independently as well as with a team., • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, performing multiple duties/tasks within defined deadlines., • Proven experience identifying problems of varying complexities and finding effective solutions with few guidelines., • Responsive to the needs of customers internal and external., • Sense of urgency and commitment with strong follow up skills., • Proven precision and attention to detail with a high level of accuracy., • Demonstrate a professional and positive attitude in all internal and external customer interactions., • Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, and listening skills., • Self-driven and motivated individual with excellent planning and organizational skills.
