This position is responsible for assembling electronic products according to drawings and documentation requirements, performing soldering and rework on through-hole (TH) and surface mount (SMT) components, and ensuring products meet IPC and company quality standards. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, works well within a team, and maintains high standards of workmanship and safety. Travel & schedule This is a high-travel role with significant driving and likely overnight stays. You will visit installation sites across the country by company vehicle or by air. Travel is typically scheduled 1–3 weeks in advance for project planning. Expect extensive travel, including day trips, multi-night stays, and week-long assignments. Hours flex based on customer needs. Overtime is common but not guaranteed.
